You pick your level during a 4-question onboarding that takes under 3 minutes.
Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to all five modules from day one — training, nutrition, AI coach, habits, and calendar. No credit card is required to download. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you will never be charged.
How does the workout plan work?

You answer 4 questions at setup: your experience level, your goal, how many days a week you want to train, and roughly how long each session should be. Yoked generates a complete multi-week program — exercises, sets, reps, and rest times. Every exercise includes a video demo. As you log your sessions the AI reviews your performance and updates your plan week by week.
How does the AI coach work?

The AI Coach is a conversational chat that can see your training logs, nutrition data, and habits before answering — so responses are personal, not generic. Ask it anything: "Am I eating enough protein?", "Why is this exercise in my plan?", "How have I been doing this month?". It can also take actions — swap an exercise, rebuild your plan, adjust your macros, or create a habit — not just answer questions.
How does nutrition tracking work?

Log food three ways: search the USDA food database, scan a barcode, or describe a meal in plain language and the AI estimates the macros. Set your own calorie and macro targets or use Yoked's suggestions based on your goal. Everything is tracked against your daily targets and displayed as simple progress bars. You can also schedule recurring meal templates to specific days of the week.
What habits can I track?

Yoked includes preset habits for water intake, sleep, daily steps, stretching, and meditation. You can also create fully custom habits with your own name, icon, colour, and reminder time. Each habit shows a daily progress bar and a streak count. The AI Coach can see your habit completions and factors them into coaching decisions — for example, it knows when you slept poorly and adjusts its tone accordingly.
What is the Calendar tab?

The Calendar is a unified day/week/month planner that pulls together your workouts, logged meals, habit completions, and any custom events you create. You can add work meetings, cardio sessions, errands, or recovery walks — each with optional reminders, a location, and an acceptance mode that escalates notifications until you confirm you are starting.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, at any time. Yoked subscriptions are managed through Apple and you can cancel directly from your iPhone settings under Subscriptions. There are no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees, and no hoops to jump through.
How is my data kept private?

Your health and training data is stored securely using Supabase with encrypted connections. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@getyoked.ai.
