How do I cancel my trial?expand_more
Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Yoked AI and tap Cancel Subscription before the 7 days are up. You will not be charged.
How do I change my training goal?expand_more
In the app, open Settings from any tab header (gear icon top-right), then tap Edit Profile. You can change your goal, experience level, and days per week at any time.

Email us with your current goal, experience level, and what feels off. We are happy to help you adjust or troubleshoot. You can also use the AI Coach to rebuild your plan.
Where do I manage my subscription?expand_more
All billing is handled through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
